Shipping: We pack and post all orders within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping within Australia takes 2 to 3 days. Worldwide shipping can take 1 to 2 weeks.
Domestic shipping: We assess charges for parcels according to their weight and the destination selected. All items are registered post.
Up to 500g: Postage rates are $9.80
Up to 1kg: Postage rates are $14.20
International shipping: We assess charges for parcels according to their weight and the destination selected.
Up to 500g : The expedition cost ranges from $12.10 to $21.25
Up to 750g: The expedition cost ranges from $16.35 to $30.00
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular accounts payments, all through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to purchase from this store.

Taking care of your pots: The pots are microwave and dishwasher safe however, they might last longer if washed by hand with care.
Food safety: We use only lead free, food safe glazes for our pots.
Returns: Please choose your pots carefully as we do not exchange pots. However if there is a problem with your order, please send us an email and we will find a solution.
